Insulated Brick Cladding System is a complete solution which not only provides superior insulation to both residential and commercial buildings, but also a brand new brick look. 

Brick slip installation can proceed swiftly as the backing extruded polystyrene boards are grooved to brick heights (65 mm, 71 mm, 50 mm and custom solutions) in order to maintain uniform coursing. The system is suitable for most types of construction: solid wall, cavity wall, timber and steel frame.

Vast choice of brick slips is available: extruded, hand-made, reclaimed,  long format brick slips or glazed ones.  Bold and sharp colours in variety of sizes in British and European formats. 10 colours of pointing mortar with trass specially designed for brickwork.

  • Can this system be installed both externally and internally?

    Yes. The system is mainly designed for exterior use, however can also be used on internal walls. XPS insulation is very durable and resistant and as such can even be used below ground.

  • Is this system difficult to install?

    Not at all. They can be installed even by a DIYer.

  • What surfaces can the panels be installed onto?

    They can be installed on blockwork, timber frame and insulated concrete form. The boards need a stable and uniform backing. Please contact us for details.

  • Does the system require any sealing or maintenance?

    No, it does not. The system is virtually maintenance-free and does not require sealing. However, sealing will do no harm, and can improve the resistance to contaminants, organic growth or elements. We also supply water-repellent sealers which do not affect the colour of brick, and sealers that create wet-look effect.

  • What is the best way to cut the boards and slips?

    For dust-free wet cutting, use a wet tile saw to cut brick slips. Angle grinder is a second best option as it creates dust. Please remember to use dust mask and glasses. XPS boards should be cut using a hand saw.
