Brick Rainscreen System

This system uses brick slips cut from hand-made or clinker bricks which are mounted onto a metal panels which pre-formed slots which secure the slips into place. We supply a number of options in a variety of grades of steel. Each option comes with or without additional coating.


The slip bricks are delivered with a special horizontal groove that allows for dry installation without the need of any adhesives or fixings. The design of the panel makes it possible to maintain the coursing and it is possible to move the slips along the panels. The installation is completed by pointing the joints with special brick slip pointing mortar.

The system can accommodate different heights of brick slips and, apart from our standard range, we can supply brick slips from any manufacturer in UK and Europe. Large selection of brick slips are available: extruded, hand-made, reclaimed,  special brick slips (long format, glazed) as well as stone slips. Bold and sharp colours in variety of sizes in British and European formats 10 colours of pointing mortar with trass specially designed for brickwork.

  • Can this brick rainscreen system be installed both externally and internally?

    Yes. The system is mainly designed for exterior use, however, it can also be used on internal walls. 

  • Are the panels difficult to install?

    Not at all. Metal panels are screwed to metal or timber battens, slips are inserted into slots on the panels, and finally, the finished brickwork is pointed with pointing mortar.

  • What surfaces can the panels be installed onto?

    Primarily they are designed for use on timber or metal battens. However, they can also be installed onto flat surfaces, such as timber.

  • Are they resistant to heat?

    All system elements are made of materials which are non-combustible on class A., which makes the entire system non-combustible in class A.

  • What is the best way to cut them?

    Metal panels can be made using an angle grinder with metal cutting disc, and brick slips should also be cut with an angle grinder, but with stone & brick cutting disc.
